3in1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms governing use of the 3in1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 3in1 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3in1 platform.
The 3in1 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3in1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Account Creation, Security and Account Policy
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 3in1 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. 3in1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time via official documents such as a national identity card or passport.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Please contact the 3in1 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3in1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any of the terms and conditions in this document.
- The user was found to have provided false information during registration.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, misconduct, or manipulation of the system has been detected.
- The user has been found using unauthorised third-party software.
- An account closure request has been submitted by the user themselves.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 3in1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and online banking transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
Deposits successfully credited to your 3in1 account are final and non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances approved by platform management. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon receipt of completed identity verification. 3in1 reserves the right to withhold any payment suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation. Any attempt to reverse a transaction through your bank without the platform's knowledge will be treated as fraud and the account will be closed immediately.
Should a technical error result in invalid credits being applied to your account, 3in1 reserves the right to reverse those credits without requiring user consent. Users have no claim to credits received in error.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 3in1 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable local laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is legal under the laws of their jurisdiction.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the 3in1 platform's security systems.
- Sharing or selling account access to a third party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misconduct, or manipulation of odds and game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Posting offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes on the rights of others, through any communication feature on the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 3in1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 3in1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business disruption. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3in1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3in1 or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission from 3in1.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 3in1 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and other partners. 3in1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
3in1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be deemed limited or excluded to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
